Moscow’s Shadow Beyond Ukraine: Russia’s Cyber Threat to European Security

Vor dem Hintergrund dieses Themas begrüßte das Auswertige Amt, gemeinsam mit dem Institut für Friedensforschung und Sicherheitspolitik (IFSH) und dem Institute for Deep Tech Innovation am 10. Juli Experten aus aller Welt, u.a. Estland, Singapore und Ukraine. Die Uni Klaipeda wurde von Prof. Dr. Volker Wittpahl vetreten, das DBJW von DBJW’s Chairman, Thomas v. Lüpke, (hier mit Dr. Svitlana Mazepa, Vice dean of the faculty of law an der West Ukrainian National University, und Volodymyr Trofymenko, Deputy Chairman des State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine).
