About the event

How do young people turn ideas into real-world impact — and take them beyond Estonia?

The next German-Baltic Insights webinar will explore how young people can transform ideas into practical experience, entrepreneurship and international opportunities. The session brings together Junior Achievement Estonia, an entrepreneurship educator and mentor, and young Estonian entrepreneurs to show how education, mentorship and international cooperation can help the next generation take their ideas beyond their home country.

The webinar will feature representatives from the following organisations

Meet the Speakers:

Junior Achievement Estonia

A central part of the discussion will be the role of Junior Achievement Estonia (JA Estonia) in creating opportunities for young people to learn entrepreneurship, develop practical skills and connect with peers beyond Estonia.

Epp Vodja from Junior Achievement Estonia will introduce the organisation’s work in entrepreneurship education and its international activities. Particular attention will be given

to JA Estonia’s international cooperation, including its collaboration with Junior Achievement Ukraine.

Epp Vodja is a long-time Estonian educator, entrepreneurship advocate, and former long-time head/development manager of Junior Achievement (JA) Estonia

Nadežda Lunina

Nadežda Lunina serves as the Student Company (Õpilasfirma) Coordinator and Entrepreneurship Teacher at Mustamäe State Upper Secondary School.

As a mentor and entrepreneurship teacher, she supports young people in developing their ideas and gaining practical entrepreneurial experience. Her role highlights the importance of schools, teachers and mentors in encouraging young people to take initiative and turn their ideas into reality.

Student Company Kiryak

By bringing together an international entrepreneurship organisation, an experienced teacher and mentor, and young entrepreneurs themselves, the webinar will demonstrate how education, mentorship and cross-border cooperation can open doors for the next generation.

The journey can start locally — in a classroom, a student company or a simple idea — but with the right opportunities, it can lead to international experience, meaningful connections and real-world impact.

Young ideas. International experience. Real impact.

The Digital German-Baltic Insights webinar is organised by DBJW in cooperation with Junior Achievement Estonia, a DBJW partner. The Digital German-Baltic Insights series is designed to connect people across the Baltics and Germany and provide a platform for exchanging ideas; participation is free.
